Agreement
By using this website or engaging Webtech99 Solutions LLP for services, you agree to these terms. Project-specific terms in a signed proposal or contract take priority.
Services
The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are defined in the proposal you approve. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Payments
Invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Monthly services are billed in advance.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access in good time. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. We are happy to sign an NDA on request.
Warranties & liability
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Third-party services
Hosting, plugins, apps, ad platforms and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Punjab having jurisdiction, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
